It's normal and pretty common, honestly. I've seen it on both circumcised and uncircumcised penises (so that has nothing to do with it). Some guys are just hairier than others. :)

It if worries you: shave.

If you're concerned about bringing a razor blade that close to your junk, get some depilatory cream designed specifically for sensitive areas ("face and bikini line") and follow the instructions. Don't leave it on too long, because that stuff can really burn!... but it melts your hair away.

You have excessive hair on the penis because you are circumcised. When the hack in the lab coat cut off your foreskin, they had to pull follicle rich skin from the scrotal and pelvic area up the shaft to rejoin the edges. This is just another in the long list of reasons to never circumcise a non consenting male.
You can either shave regularly, rip each hair out one at a time, (ouch)...have laser hair removal (ouch), or you can restore your foreskin using skin tensioning methods that have worked for me and many others.
When you develop additional skin to form the foreskin, this allows the scrotal and pelvic skin to retreat back to where they belong.

Want you want to do is get some candle wax and pour it on the junk. Put a paper towel on while its still wet, wait for it to dry, and rip off as quickly as possible. Problem = solved.

Or you can chop it off, mine looks great.

Woah, not normal :') and before you think like, OMG, she's a girl, my boyfriend is with me. He says you should pluck it? I agree, it doesn't hurt to much (plucking, I mean) if you do it after a shower when the hair follicles are loosened.

Well not much option, you can keep it shaved off, or you can go have it lazer removed, which is quite expensive in the USA.

i don;t think you can, i shaved mine, and it came back thicker, and moving up the shaft from the base, so i really think its there to stay..
