I'm curious what can I do to controll this Its not the worst I mean its not like I go in a heartbeat but if I'm getting handys I only last about 6 or 7 mins sometimes less? And that worrys me about sex and stuff

That's pretty good, about twice as long as most guys last.
During intercourse, women do not want a guy thrusting for 15 minutes. 'sex' should last longer, but that includes foreplay. So you have to learn to make a woman feel loved, special, then sexy. After that you can use your hands and mouth to get her off or at least close so you can both come during intercourse.
