Question: Should i get checked for insomnia or just not worry myself?
I havent slept at all this weekend except friday and i slept 20 mins last night should i get checked for insomnia

If this is a normal situation, yes, you should. It's not uncommon for a person to suffer with insomnia (for many reasons) and asking your doctor whether or not you have it will be good. The body will begin to suffer if you fail to seek adequate help for it. If it's just this weekend, it's possible that you aren't relaxed enough and there is much on your mind. Try taking a relaxing bath/shower, watching television and laying down. Devoid your mind of any stress and just close your eyes. Sometimes stress keeps us from sleeping well and if this is what you deal with, then getting rid of it will get rid of the problem. Due to the fact that you didn't elaborate, I cannot help much.
If this is a common thing, yes, see a doctor. He can diagnose the problem and tell you how to better control it. If you want, just schedule an appointment regardless of whether it's a one time thing. It's nothing wrong with being checked to put your mind at ease. Hope this helps.
