Physical Exercise - Question?!


Question: Physical Exercise - Question?
I'm 17, my current weight is 73kg and I'm 1.80m
I wonder what I can do some exercises at home, not taking too much time. But only a few exercises, ones that do not use the material. My goal is to slim down a bit, and also define the body. Any ideas?

You can find a ton of videos to follow on youtube. A good one I'd recommend is the ab workout for boxers. Just search that and you should be able to find it.



well as your at home i suggest weight training as it can be done by doing press ups, crunches, dips, squats etc, if you have weights you will really benefit. more muscle raises your metabolism so makes losing weight easier, otherwise do cardio exercise to really lose some weight but you sound healthy weight to me
