Child Porn is the sickest thing.
Robbing a child of its innocence and childhood,scarring them emotionally and mentally for life,is a very evil thing.
People who indulge in Child Porn,should,at the least,Burn In HELL!

Because child porn exists because someone went to the lengths of abusing a child to get it, and if someone derives pleasure from watching it then there's a good chance they'll go onto abuse a child themselves.

Police generally have task-forces for child abusers/paedophiles, and people being tortured in their basements would fall under the work of regular police. Protecting children is prioritized so much because that kind of abuse can stay with a person for the rest of their lives, scarring them psychologically and emotionally.

Might not see the point of that while you're being tortured in your basement but from a judicial/"management of the police" point of view, children need special protection from the sick individuals who would abuse them, also because they can't protect themselves.

I can see this is a question from someone who has a very immature outlook on life, and probably is around 13 or 14. You need to understand the effects that Child abuse causes, it often makes the child who was abused so crazy in later life or to continue the cycle as the offender has implanted this into there head. It comes down to an abuse of trust as well as hideous act that defies nature.
I would say it was the worst possible abuse of trust as victims do not know what they are being subjected to, do not have a choice as they lack the understanding to know the implications of the defendants actions.
This is why any good human being strives to protect children and the weaker in society so they do not suffer from abuses of trust such as this.
Where as if you were tortured in your basement you would know why and what was going on, making the defendant and lesser criminal as they have not committed a crime on someone that can't handle it (in theory). The chances are too, that if your being tortured in your basement you probably deserve it.

I would say that based on your question you are pretty young. If you are being used for child porn or are seriously being tortured in a basement then you need to contact the police, parents, or another adult that you trust and are not involved in what is happening to you. Torture nor child porn is right and you don't deserve either.

Owning, producing or distributing child porn is a serious offense. Children should be protected against exploits like this.

On the other hand, being tortured in your basement is also a serious offense, unless you are a paying customer.
