Question: I need a guy's advice or point of view?
-I catch him staring at me
-He's really mean to me when his friends are around but nice when they aren't.
-He says I have a penis
-He punched me but only because I whacked him with a pencil (IDK WHY)
-He threw a crayon at me and I thought it went into my bra and hes like "It didn't go down your shirt, you just want to show me your bra"
-When ever I say something that sounds wrong, he says "That's what she said" and laughs.
-He jokes with me a lot and usually they are insulting sex jokes
-At recess when I told him that I fail self control and later on in the day I think he brought it up to make fun of me and then he was like "I fail self control at night" (O.O)
-He says I'm the "she" in the that's what she said joke.
-He raises his eyebrows at me after he makes a sex joke
-He's liked me before in the lower grades
-He asked me to slow dance once
*He's really nice when no boys are around, listening, and/or looking.
*We are in the same grade and the same age but a few months apart

I am going to guess that he might like you I just dont understand why hes mean to you.... But many people are like that i guess. I suggest being bold when no one is around and ask, "(name) your so nice when your friends arent around why do you have to be mean when they are." and listen to his responce if he likes you he'll probably just say it then. He can be:
A- an outgoing popular dude who has a little extra feelings and comfortably with you compared to everyone else.
B- Some one who really likes you and sees themselves with you and is trying to catch you with his humor.
I would say either way he likes you but it depends on how he is with other girls to determine how much he likes you.
It's hard to know for sure, but I would say that there's a very good chance. However, I would not treat a girl like that, but that may just be his way of telling you he likes you. Be cautious, though.

I think he fancies his chances
and sounds like he'd like to get his leg over.
