Why is my poop soft and loose?!
Question: Why is my poop soft and loose?
Over the past week my poop has been soft and loose...is it because of my diet??? i eat a salad every day during the week and i eat a lot of fast food and fried food...does that have anything to do with it ??? It's not diarrhea its just loose and soft and kinda mushy..and it takes forever to wipe..any ideas..i dont mean to sound gross but i need help !!!

Sounds like the perfect poop. Why would you want to change such a wonderful thing?
It's the fast food, lay off of it and you will see a difference.
