Me, I go to the gym 4 or 5 days a week, using cardio machines and weight lifting. I also attend a spinning class once a week. I eat a good healthy breakfast daily, a light lunch and a something nourishing for dinner. I don't snack on biscuits, cake or chocolate and I drink plenty of fluid. I walk with my large dog twice a day and I am physically active throughout the day, every day. I am 5'9 and 64kilo. 30 waist and mentally happy and alert. Oh! and I'm old enough to receive a pension, but hey, no one said I had to get old, so I ain't gonna. Laters...Chaz

I am having my 90th birthday soon and I am in good health. This is due to going to bed early, no smoking, no drinking, no sex and a strict diet of lettuce.

Friends ask how I am going to celebrate.

The same way any one would maintain the physical fitness. Eating right and being physically active. Simple stuff.

Gotta go to the gym AT LEAST twice a week and eat healthy. I'd say fast food once a week at most. Also taking vitamins helps a lot.
