how much cardio should I do?!


Question: How much cardio should I do?
I'm 6 feet tall weight around 185. I'm trying to put on muscle but been told I do way too much cardio. I go to the gym first thing in the morning. I don't eat anything before I hit the gym cause I've been told that's the best way to burn fat. I do about 30 to 45 minutes of cardio. Then in the evening I play tennis for about 2 hours. I want to build muscle and burn fat at the same time. So please helm me out here. How much cardio should i do?

man your loosing too much of your diet. you should eat before hitting the gym or load up every time you do some physical activities, if you want to gain muscle, eat a lot of protein and carbs, and by the way who told you that you should not eat in the morning and also before hitting the gym,,that guy must be crazy, your body needs a lot of fuel in the morning after an 8 hours rest in the evening. If you want to gain muscle, eat a lot..what i mean is eat a lot of quality foods and if you want to loose those fats, them do cardio. its hard for me to explain every thing because it will take time. what I can advice you is go to internet, sign up for free ebooks and sites about health and fitness so that you will have idea..Consult a professional if needed
