Do men begin to lose their muscle mass, fast metabolism etc... at that age?

Old age begins when you start becoming sedentary. If you continue to eat healthy and exercise regularly, you'll be "young" way past 25 or 35 and even 45. If you start sitting on your butt all day long and eat fast food or chips watching the game, yes, you'll get "old" quicker. On the other hand, if you eat healthy and you're out there PLAYING the game instead of watching, it will keep you 'younger'.

It actually is true. But "old age" is viewed as something different by most people. It's true you stop growing and your metabolism slows down. Your body starts producing more sperm around your mid-late 20's as well getting ready for children. Most people also find they have less energy around that age than they did say 8-10 years ago. So you do begin getting ready for "old age" around your mid-late 20s.

i hope not im 27, still got a fast metabolism, dont know about the muscles cuz i dont work out much anymore
