It is normal. The whole act is a lot more psychological than physical really. Without your mind going there and thinking about it, nothing would happen down there anyway. You could sit there all day long masturbating, and nothing would happen if you weren't putting any thought into it.
So, yes with porn, and even "Real sex" it does happen. Your mind/thoughts are no longer thinking about it or interested any more. Doesn't mean you are not still attracted to the other person, just that you are not interested in the "Act" anymore.
