Go see a doctor

I'm a testicular cancer survivor and suggest you do the self-exam for testicular cancer, or “man exam.” Symptoms vary greatly from man to man, but testicle bumps are common symptoms. And TC is the #1 cancer for men 15-35. The sooner a doctor can catch it the better the prognosis, and most likely the less treatment will be required. It could also be a blocked vein, infection, or benign cyst, but all of those things also need a doctor's attention. Don't worry till you have to - only a doctor can make an accurate diagnosis! This site has links to credible testicular cancer resources, and shows the self-exam with a list of symptoms. Good luck and hopefully it's nothing serious.

I too have a tight foreskin.Stretch it when your in bath or shower it really is a common problem. The lump is probably nothing but you definetly need to get it checked like tomorrow.Could be nothing but make sure your there in the morning when they open.just for this once do as your told!! Good Luck.

foreskin is easy, go get circumcised. Go see your doctor about circumcision and whilst your there ask the doctor about your testicle.

talk to your doctor, the foreskin thing is a very common problem loads of guys have had it.

See your gp as quickly as possible.
