Question: What should my diet be like to maintain a fuller erection?
I'm 19 years old. I'm sexually active and do have a girlfriend. I'm not stressed or anything like that. The intercourse is great, but we have a reoccurring problem. I tend to lose my erections frequently during intercourse. If there's any point in time where I need to pull out, or when we change positions, I lose the erection and then we need to work on getting it fully erect again.

I'm wondering if there's any changes to my diet that I need to make. What specific foods should I eat to maintain a fuller erection for longer? What sort of nutrients are vital in keeping a full, erect penis? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Eat lots of mushrooms everyday.



sounds like performance anxiety dude jsut go with the flow dont try so hard to please her and concentrate on your mantool keeping it hard because you will loose it. Also condoms they dont help either if your using a condom find one that lets you feel more there are ones that have bumps inside for you or dont fit as snug do some research on condoms that maybe your problem also if you are using them

Just call me The Biggest Loser, for years I suffer with my weight more up than down. Any weight problems you have or having right now, please let me tell you this I do understand how difficult it can be to obtain & manage the perfect weight and to keep it off too.
