Question: Sleep Question ( Read Desc. ) ?
If i just took a 2-2 1/2 hour nap and i go to bed 2 hours late tonight than i usually go to bed will i be tired? I go to bed at 10 pm and wake up at 5 am and im usually not tired. So if i go to bed at 12 am and wake up at 5 am will the 2 and a half hours of my nap help at all?

The nap will help in the short term but you will be sleep deprived. You need between 7 to 9 hours of sleep as an adult (uninterrupted sleep that is). If you are a teenager, you need 9-13 hours of sleep nightly.



My experience is that taking a nap ate after noon or before bedtime cause me to not be able to go to sleep when I go to bed for a couple of hours.



Maybe - maybe not. Depends on how your sleep pattern is geared to handle interruptions.
