how do i avoid having sex with my girlfriend for a week?!

Question: How do i avoid having sex with my girlfriend for a week?
i know this might seem like a very odd question but let me explain.
ok a week ago my girlfriend went on a short girls only vacation with her friends, so i was by myself and felt lonely so i decided to get out the computer and look at "pictures" and "videos" and have some fun, well about a day before she got back i think i overdid it cuz i was on the computer for about 3 hours umm "playing" (its very hard to get "excited" over something on a screen when you regularly have sex with a very hot girl) so anyways the next day i woke up and i was very sore down there, now every time i get "excited" it hurts alot! my buddy told me i just overdid it like excersizing too much and it should go away.

the problem is my girlfriend had forbidden me to look at porn and wants to have sex, which was very painful for me the night she got back.

so how do i avoid having sex? any suggestion will help

PS: she would get very angry and jelous if she found out what i did and might break up with me.

You need to tell her facts,if she cares about you she will understand and wait or walk out.

What you need to do is break up with this girl. But since you're obviously not going to do that, just tell her you're sore.

Just say you 'manscaped' and got razor burn..very simple and also for te getting hard part.. Just look away and think of something groosss

Idk just logic

who has the penis here, you or her? forbid? thats like you forbidding your hand to stroke, did it stop..

Dude, just tell her you're bummed out and need some man time alone.

pretend to be sick
