How do I tell myself to STOP EATING SO MUCH?!


Question: How do I tell myself to STOP EATING SO MUCH?
I am 15, I am fat. I am 5'5 150 pounds. Whenever I eat, I eat like crazy. I go on these complete rampages of just eating and eating nonstop. Candy, cookies, soda... you name it. How do I tell myself to stop eating such bad food, and to stop eating so much? I really want to be healthier. Thanks for your help.

replace candy with fruit! Dice them, and throw it in the freezer. It taste so good.

Try to replace bad food with good food. If you love cookies, try make cookies with oatmeal and use Sugar substitute. Drink diet coke instead of coke. You don't tell yourself to stop eating, you just eat healthy food instead

Look your 15,you have a high metabolism thats the reason you wanna eat and eat,but start somewhere like a fruit or vegetable you like. some tea that you brew yourself munch and drink on that it's only a start and I know youll find good answers here also you go to high school ask your p.e. teacher on simple exercises that you can do (keeps you busy) that way it takes from the cravings.And don't start crazy diets that leave you hungry all of the sudden if you wanna change your diet do it a pace that will change little things,like instead of eating all that bread with your chicken eat string beans or instead of soda take some juice or tea,little things that become part of your regular diet in time. then keep changing it, and before you know it,youll already be acustume to your new diet.



first, that dude told u cux ur 15 u have a high metabolism, that's true but it doesn't mean u eat more, it means you burn off what you put in your body faster and more comprehensively. he was right about the diet. u eat junk that even a person with high metabolism has trouble burning off. eat better, eat less at one sitting and definitely stay active. worst case scenario, ur thyroid burned out early and you have hypothyroidism. see a dr if you think u might have a problem burning calories. 150 IS overweight for ur height. make the change now, u'll thank urself later. remember STAY ACTIVE! don't veg in front of the TV



omg me to lol but im not that fat....ummm ok well hang out with friends more go out stay after school and do a sport i mean not on a team but u kno for fun ...play near your house with ppl you know...walk a dog DONTTT THINK ABOU FOOD ;) haha and lets see dont eat so much at school be healthy and your life would be sooo much better

i do it all the time i thought that was normal for a guy but if u stop drinking & eating the junk food for a while you want crave it as much
