I actually can answer your question. The avg. amount is 1ml to 5ml. I had to go to a fertility doctor and turn in a "sample" as my wife couldn't get pregnant. Anyways. So there's your answer. And fyi, 2 tablespoons is a LOT if you're really doing that.
