when ever i get erect.. i see this bump... now i mean i see alot of them.. could this just be the veins? can you get cancer in your actual penis.. btw im 18 male.. im pretty healthy

i also get tons of very small bumps as well, im pretty sure it is normal. im 18 too btw
NOT MEDICAL ADVICE! You can get cancer in your penis. you can get cancer ANYWHERE *hint hint*. but if its a blueish purple color its your veins just crossing over. if they're not, go to your doc. They will give you a magazine in the bathroom to get erect and they will inspect it. it will feel awkward but they're your doctor and have to keep it hush hush secret.
You can get cancer of the penis, but that is due to other factors and not merely bumps
