I would say it is not a good idea.
Try to get a nap earlier.
is it the only nap you take? do you feel tired like that at any other time of day or while doing anything else other than studying? you actually may have some eyes issues. not bad. could be as simple as stressing the eyes because you are far-sighted. could be pressure on the optic nerve. again, simple. no worries. but if its an energy problem consider when you eat, how much activity you have after you eat and stuff like that.
