Question: When can i get hair growth and change of voice?
Hi. Ok so im 14 at the moment eight grade. All the guys around me have a significant amout of leg hair and there voices have changed alot into very deep. I have pubic hair and some armpit hair. I can also ejaculate clear sperm. So the problem with me is that my voice sort of changes according to person. With people older or more popular to me my voice seems to get high. When im with people younger than me or less popular to me it deepens. How can I get a deep voice that I use when I speak to everyone.

Alot of the guys at school have alot of leg hair. I have noticed that other black males like me don't have as much leg hair as me. A friend of mine recently got alot. But another still doesn't have arm and or leg hair. I have less arm/leg hair than a girl. Is there something I can eat or do to make my hair grow? I don't wanna be embarrased anymore.

During puberty, sudden change in pitch are common. You may be hearing your voice in comparison to little kids so it sounds lower, or you may be nervous.



if its light hair that just hasn't turned dark yet? or absence of it altogether? if the latter, you can't do anything. leg hair is there before puberty, it just darkens. as for the voice, talk slower. around younger people you're more relaxed, so you talk slower and quieter, making your voice deeper. around older/popular people, you're talking louder and faster because you're a little bit nervous. just chill out and everything will be fine.

First off the only thing you can do is let nature take its course. Two there is nothing to be embarrassed about, we all went threw it or going threw it, its called puberty, it happens faster to some, slower to others, just be patient.

Do NOT try anything to bring puberty on earlier; you can really mess yourself up, from testicular cancer to kidney failure. Just let nature and time work on it.



Puberty takes time and doesn't happen overnight. Also, not everyone starts puberty at the same time. Give it some time and it will come.

First of all, quit trying to compare yourself to other people your age. Boys don't all grow hair and get deeper voices at the same age, in fact there is more variability between when boys go through puberty and when girls do. Some boys don't even start until 16 or older.

But as for the voice question, there are two things that can help you. If you want to have a lower voice, practice. Practice keeping your voice low and it will be easier to do it automatically. There are also foods that can increase your testosterone, and therefore help lower your voice. Many people say meat is best for that, but that's not true, meat is actually fatty and counteracts the effects of testosterone you want. Here are some foods that would be good for you:

Celery: contains androgen-like chemicals, lowers blood pressure, helps circulation 2 stalks of celery contains: 275 mg potassium, 30 mg magnesium, 35 mg calcium, 225 IUvitamin A. Anti-microbial, Anti-bacterial,. Helps kidneys remove toxins, supports ?ltration and helps maintain electrolyte balance. Also considered a sexual tonic.Supposedly a male steroid, related to Testosterone and androstenedone has been found in celery that elevates sex hormones
Cucumber: tonic for kidneys, good for skin, contains 260 IU Vit A, potassium and folic acid.
Corn
Leafy greens: Kale, collards,Chard, Spinach
Radishes: help normalize thyroid hormones and liver detox.
Garlic: long history as a sexual tonic. In studies, garlic consistently increases T levels, sexual desire, and stimulates immune system and supports cardiovascular system. Must be eaten raw for medicinal effects or take garlic capsules if irritates stomach. Avoid taking it if on blood thinners.
