Yes its a side effect . I had to stop taking it .
It's most likely caused by your diet. Since you're taking a diet pill, did you recently change your diet? Usually, when a person changes from their usual diet to a diet they're not accustomed to, it may cause a change in your stool form. Try adding some fiber to your diet which should make your stool more formed.
Lipozene has a side-effect that causes stools to come out all liquid. NO JOKE!
