Help please! Hair issues?!

You don't need anything special to shave down under man. You need a pair of scissors and a razor (fresh blade is best).
If this is the first time you are doing it, trim with the scissors before you start. Be careful, but trim it short. It's easiest to shave in the shower, the warmth will help relax the hair follicles. Don't use soap as a shaving cream, it will dry out your skin, and make it uncomfortable and itchy. Keep the skin pulled tight when you are shaving to avoid any nicks. And after the first time you shave, you may want to put on a bit of moisturizer on the skin, it will help keep the skin soft (it will itch when the hair starts to grow back too). Depending on how fast your hair grows, you may have to shave every couple days to every couple weeks (I do it about every other day).

& the removal of pubic hair shouldnt just be for oral sex, it should be for regular sex too.

For me the absence of pubic hair makes me horny.

A lot of young guys are trimming and shaving their pubes these days. Use scissors to trim the areas you want to shave so they are as short as possible, as this makes it much easier to shave the hair stubble and does not clog up the razor so much. Be careful around the old nut sack with the scissors as getting a bit of sack skin between the blades is a bit painful. It pays to do it kneeling down over some newspaper as you will have a lot of curly hairs to clean up afterwards which you can just screw them up into the paper and all is clean in a few seconds and then into the bin so mom doesn't ask why are there all these curly hairs all over the place.
Best to use a blade razor as it is more controlable and can be got into tight areas easier. Modern disposible razors are very safe and easy to use and it's very rare to nick yourself with one.
Lather up the area to be shaved (normal hand soap is as good as shaving cream), and then carefully drag the razor over the area to be shaved and wash out the hair between the blades after every shaving stroke to keep the blade free so it will shave properly. Don't rush the shaving and when shaving your nutsack stretch the skin tight so the razor can glide smoothy over it. Take your time and it should leave you a nice smooth bare sexy look. Have fun!
