To answer your question =

No, it is not bad to use a condom at 13
the idea of the spermicide coating is to kill sperm that might leak out.

It does not reduce your internal sperm count
which at 13 is likely to be pretty low anyway
It builds up to maximum at 16.

It is legal in most countries to buy condom at 13
but avoid those using Non-oxylnol-9 (N-9) in the spermicide
because this chemical attacks the mucal lining of the girl's vagina
should you be considering sex.

Sex at 13 may be illegal depending on country of residence.

no, a condom, spermicidal or other ways, will not damage your health in any way at any age. so yes, it is safe to use a spermicidal condom at 13. the one thing i will say is that 13 is very young to be engaging in sexual activities. i'm not gonna lecture you and tell you that you shouldn't be having sex this young or anything, i'm just gonna say that you should think long and hard about whether or not you're really ready for sex, and you need to make sure that if you are gonna have sex that both you and your partner stay safe, both physically and emotionally. good luck and i hope this helps.

No, it won't. I know your question is specifically about a condom, but if you are on here at 13 asking this question, then I have to say something.

Realize that even though that condom might have spermacide on it, you also need to take into the account of what you are doing with another person.

At 13, I hate to say this, you are not emotionally ready to be using that condom. I would look at all of the possibilities of what can happen.

Are you ready to quit school if the person you are with gets pregnant? Are you ready to have a baby? Have you even had a job?

Stay away from sex for a few years, have some fun with life. Let yourself be innocent for a little longer for crying out loud.

Take care, and I wish you alot of luck

The condom itself won't hurt you but if you are planning to have sex with someone wearing it your penis may not be the adult size the condoms were made for and you risk them sliding off while having sex. The lubricant and spermicide will not harm your penis in any way.

Well firstly it's illegal and secondly no it doesn't reduce your sperm count.

It wil make your penis fall off.

u can do that
