When you pull back your foreskin, it will not cause bed wetting or a weak bladder.
When you first pull back your foreskin, the head is going to be very sensitive. Use care when touching it. It has never been touched by anything before, so take it very gently. You may also have some build up of white stuff under your foreskin. this is called smegma, and it is normal, so don't worry. Wash it off with a little warm (NOT HOT) water. Never use soap on the head or inner foreskin. It will irritate your sensitive skin on the head and foreskin and can cause dry skin and itching. It will also removed essential oils that you need to keep healthy.
There are no bad side effects to opening your foreskin, just be careful and use your cream. Don't try and over stretch it too fast, you can hurt yourself. Stop pulling if it hurts.

Hope this helped you Alex... Good luck.

It should not have any side effects.
When your retract your foreskin, you need to wash under there to make sure Smegma does not build up. Wash it with warm water & a little soap & rinse well. If you don't keep that stuff cleaned out of there, it will begin to smell like dead fish - and could cause infection.

when i did it, i didnt have any problems besides a little pain but yea make sure you shower everyday to keep it clean. and dont use to much force when pulling it back for the first time. trust me

no it doesn't
