This thing happen to me every morning, I wake up at 6:30, Do my sport from 6:40 - 7:10 then I take my Shower, then I head to my office, while i am on the road to my office my body sweats! I go to work by my own car not walking, so there is no muscular efforts.

Answers:

Your body doesn't just automatically SHUT OFF after you've done strenuous exercise. It continues to burn calories up to 2 hours after strenuous exercise, that's why you're still sweating. You need to do 10-15 minutes of "cool down" time before you take your shower, or your body will still be sweating even when your done showering. There is nothing worse that showering and then being covered with sweat again before you even get dressed. I swam, played tennis and volleyball in middle school and high school and it happened to me too. You just need to give your body a chance to cool down before showering.

same here - if I have a really good workout, or from working in the yard, and I'm sweating heavy - the shower won't stop it no matter what temp water.....I'll still be sweating for 10 minutes after I shower. all I can do is rest long enough for the sweats to stop, then shower......so you may have to change your schedule.

do you have this prob too: normally its the pits & groin that sweat......but when I've really worked-out it's my scalp.......take a shower and I can't dry my hair because the sweat is pouring out so heavily.

i would suggest check the amount of sugar and salt you are having for your entire day. These are the symptoms of high blood pressure. Please do consult with your doctor.

Don't take a steaming hot shower. Make the water lukewarm.
Reach over & turn on the A/C on your car when you leave home so your body remains cool on the way to work.

Of course because you've generated a lot of heat in your body.
