Is it possible to grow taller anymore?!


Question: Is it possible to grow taller anymore?
I'm 18 (turning 19 this August), overweight according to my BMI and only 170.3cm. Will I grow anymore if I lose weight and exercise? I've imrpoved my posture and got 1 inch...I'm a male btw.

Dad is 5'7
