Any ideas on why my penis hurts?!

Question: Any ideas on why my penis hurts?
So about a month ago me and my ex-girlfriend were having unprotected sex and when I woke up the next morning and took a piss it burnt.
After a while it went away ( about a week ) but then came back but I had ignored it because it wasnt verry bad, then after another week it began to hurt even after I was done urinating and the pain would stay for about an hour or two, but what scared me whas that it started giving off a white discharge.
So I decided to go to my doctor and get tested for std's the results were negative.
They told me that hopefully it goes away soon but if it continues to hurt for a couple more days then to come back.
A week after that it had still been hurting but it had begun to hurt worse so I went back in and got 2 different swabs done and a urine test that they cultured.
Negative....
So after that I got a little pissed and waited a couple days but then I noticed that when I pee not only does it burn but I feel pressure in my rectum.
Then eventualy it started hurting to get an erection at the begining of my shaft.
so basicly now it burns when I pee and I get pressure on my rectum, It burns at random points throughout the day and for about an hour after I pee, it hurts to get an erection, and what I have noticed is that when I am active ( like running, or walking all day or lifting weights, etc. ) it hurts much worse, and that recently its been itching and so has my anus...
Im going to go and see a urologist soon but since I have to wait 1 or 2 more days I figured I would ask on yahoo lol, anyways thanks for reading this and please give me anything that pops into mind.

See your doctor again QUICKLY and tell him you want something done about it - URGENTLY

sounds like your ex might have passed on something she might have picked up. you really should seek your Dr advice on this one..take care of those jewels..maybe it had not had enough time before to show up in the test..

Condoms are cheaper than a Doctors visit!

No one on Q&A can diagnose you...You need to see a Urologist.
I could be many things. Good luck.

It sounds like non specific urethritis. Same symptoms as the clap, burning, white discharge. Your doctor may just be an idiot. Did they give you any antibiotics or did they tell you it would just go away. Either way I'd find a new doctor. That's way too long for your penis to be in pain.
