Is it safe to hold one's bowels for days or weeks at a time?!

Question: Is it safe to hold one's bowels for days or weeks at a time?
I have what probably might be termed an abnormal fear of bathrooms and toilets. Restrooms commodes, privies, pots, crappers, thrones, lavatories, WCs, latrines, necessariums, loos, dunnies, outhouses or anything else suggestive of bowel evacuation TERRIFIES me. In fact, I can't even sleep with the bathroom door open in my own house.

How long is too long to hold it?

Answers:

Your condition is called Coprophobia and occurs in number two of two people in the U.S. You're not alone and the only way to get over this phobia is to eat plenty of fiber and crap on your neighbor's lawns in the middle of the night. While wearing your Sony walkman and listening to a relaxing Yani mixed tape. And don't just select any lawn, this is going to take patience and dedication. Stroll slowly through the street and carefully choose the lawn you'll be unloading on. Work your way to daytime public dumping in alleys. Start befriending local homeless people for pointers. Good luck and God speed.

it is dangerous , this could poison your whole system . the more you dodge it and the more you give in to your fear then you will always have this irrational fear, it has to dealt with otherwise you will damage your health and your quality of life will not be normal . try cognitive behaviour therapy, you have to deal With it, we all have to go the toilet and you cannot avoid it good luck

If you REALLY needed to go you would have no option, so all this business about holding it in for days or weeks is just what you're suggesting. A load of crap.

No becauseyour intestines can rupture--leaking feces onto your system--and you can DIE from iimpaction

when it goes back up your stomach and you regurgitate fresh poop
or when u **** yourself.
