You can ask your doctor the next time you go in.
They can estimate your height by looking at your growth in a certain amount of time, and from what I've heard, it's pretty straight on.
But as another answerer said, genetics CAN play tricks on you.
Me, my mom is 5'6 and dad 5'9 and I'm the tallest child at 5'4.
My kids birth parents are 5'6 and 5'9 as well, and my son is 6'1 already and he's only 13!
The answer is: "nobody knows"
It is almost impossible to predict the height of children based on their parents.
I personally know kids who are much shorter than both of their parents, and I have known kids who are much taller than both of their parents. It isn't the same as blue eye genes, blond hair, etc.
Usually you end up about the same as your dad. But genetics can play tricks too. Hubby is 5'10", me 5'8"....our kids....son is 6'3" and daughter is 5' 1/2" as adults.
You have grown to the height in which you will stay
