It's not the size that matters, it's what you can do with it that does. There was once a poll taken by prostitutes that asked the question which is better long or short and they agreed the short ones were the best as they didn't just plop there. And there really is nothing you can do to increase the size, what you have is what you get, so enjoy it.

Short in length but long in experience.

Yes, I am among your flaccid size and it is quite embarrassing. I did all I could to avoid the draft because of it! But that was the biggest mistake of my life! Since you are 19, how did you avoid gym classes and taking showers with other guys? In any event, penis enlargement non surgically are just scams. But I have found two ways to enhance what I have and the cost is nothing. First you shed those excess pounds and do sit-ups until you have a flat stomach. And number two; shaving your pubic area adds about one inch to the appearance of your penis.

you are a grower not a "show-er"

you need to grow before its large

a show-er is large to begin with, but doesn't grow much more to become erect

there are exercises to permanently keep your flaccid penis in a larger state.. here, check thsi out:

You're not alone. My hubby's is the same way. Starts off the size of my thumb. The flaccid state doesn't matter that much.
