Is it the left testicle? Because in some men the left testicle is usually bigger, longer and hangs lower than the right one. However, if the left or right testicle started to get bigger recently then you need to see a doctor. There are a few reasons why a testicle could start to get bigger than the other, for example, enlarged veins, hernia, infection, tumor or hydrocele. If there is a definate change to what you had before then you need to get it checked out.

The average person is not perfect. In fact, there is no such thing as a "perfect" person without the aide of plastic/corrective surgeries.

Yes, having one testicle larger than the other is "normal" as is having one arm or leg longer than the other is "normal". Most people have one of the pairs (eyes, ears, arms, legs, breast, and yes testicles) non-symmetrical to the other. You may not notice it as soon as you look at them, however, should you take the time to scrutinize them you may notice it.

Also, you are still younger and your body is still growing. If you are also noticing that Hair is starting to grow at the base of your penis and you are growing taller then it is safe to assume that you are in the midst of puberty. So don't be alarmed if you start to notice other "oddities".

Ok, don't listen to all that crap. In my experiences (however few they are), I pretty much think that EVERY guy has one testicle that's a little bigger than the other and hangs a little lower than the other. I think that's probably natural. Just like girls...very few girls have both boobs the EXACT same size...one is usually just a little bigger than the other. That's just the way things are. I think you're perfectly normal.

What you describe is quite common. Unless you are experiencing pain, there is no need for worry.
You said that when you urinate you feel like there's some urine in your body!?? I don't understand, unless you think you haven't completely emptied your bladder, which is not your testicle.
The body is not completely symetrical; meaning one of your hands is bigger than the other, one of your feet are bigger than the o ther and believe it or not, one leg is slightly longer than the other.

If you feel a lump attached to or "floating" around your testicle you should see your doctor right away. Don't freak out with the whole "cancer" thing, it is most likely only a cyst and is fairly common for your age due to puberty. If one is just bigger than the other, don't worry your future spouse will not notice unless you point it out. As far as the feeling of urine inside your body...I have never heard of a complaint of such, you might want to see your doctor for testing.

I'm a testicular cancer survivor and suggest you do the self-exam for testicular cancer, or “man exam.” Symptoms vary greatly from man to man, but testicle swelling and discomfort are common symptoms. And TC is the #1 cancer for men 15-35. The sooner a doctor can catch it the better the prognosis, and most likely the less treatment will be required. It could also be a blocked vein, infection, or benign cyst, but all of those things also need a doctor's attention. Don't worry till you have to - only a doctor can make an accurate diagnosis! i think it is normal for one to be bigger.... just as one eye is slightly higher than the other and one arm is slightly longer than the other. as far as the feeling of having urine in your body, i suggest getting checked out by your Doc.

Dude... no way thats not right..... you need to get it checked im pretty sure you have some kind of cancer... my dad passed away from this....
