Hurt my wrist (in cast now). How can I continue to workout without losing my &qu!

Question: Hurt my wrist (in cast now). How can I continue to workout without losing my "cut" look?
I strained the tendon in my wrist (from lifting) and have to get a cast put on in for about 3 weeks. The doctor said I shouldn't lift with it for 2-3 months after it. I have been working out almost everyday for the past 6 months. I am 19yrs old and weigh 165lbs. I have a cut look and do not want to lose it while I can not lift. What are some things I could do (in the gym), or anything I could take to a) either help the healing process of the tendon/cartilage or b) to not lose my "cut" look that I have been working towards. THANK YOU!

Hey Mikeyyy,

If you are talking about your abs, obviously you can do upward and side to side crunches to keep them "Cut".

For your chest, you can actually achieve/keep muscle without weights by just squeezing your arms inward toward your chest. Holding your arms bent at the elbows and fists up, squeeze your elbows together, causing flexing to your chest muscles.

Arms, same concept. Hold arms straight forward with fists, and flex back, causing your biceps to tighten. This can all be done with no weights.

Hope this helps, and you are well soon.

Take care!
