Boxers are good at helping with circulation. They are recommended to keep the testicles from being restricted. This is important because the testicles must be kept cool to promote healthy sperm production. The scrotum is positioned outside the body for a reason..to keep the testicles cool. Men who experience fertility problems will be encouraged to wear boxers rather than briefs, unless there is reason for concern that the infertility is more serious. The boxers don't have a legband as does do briefs. Circulation is better. Hopefully what I've written has answered your question.
