Answers:

Boys don't stop growing until they are 18, so you have plenty of time to grow so don't worry too much.
Growth of the penis generally begins after pubic hair has appeared. The onset of puberty is most determined by our genes and occurs between the ages of 10-14. So that if you’ve begun developing pubic hair, you’ll soon begin to notice your penis is also growing.

You are just 14 years old. At this age, you are not finished growing, and you certainly have not completed puberty. In time, you'll see & feel a difference in your body.

I would relax, you're 14...you will be going through puberty until about 23 on average, there is plenty of time for all the different changes to take place.
