The sperm's journey to uterus is for 3 to 5 days
Since you have washed the sperms
no chance of pregnancy
The morning after pill that you are describing works up to 72 hours after sexual contact/intercourse. But the sooner it is taken the greater the chance of it being effective.
It is most effective when taken 12 hours after sexual contact/intercourse.
The 'morning-after pill' is not 100 per cent effective, but the failure rate is quite low. It's probably under 10 per cent, and rather better than that if you take it as early as possible.
I think the chance of her being pregnant is very very low, since you washed your hands after contact with semen.
If semen came out then your penis probably sensed that there was a vagina about and was thinking that you were about to have sex so it released sperm. I doubt that there is a chance of her becoming pregnant unless the sperm went inside her vagina.
If you washed your hands completely with soap an water in between, taking plan B was completely overkill. The chance of pregnancy is well below that of having used a condom properly with regular intercourse.
don't worry she will not get pregnancy...if you have washed your hands properly..

Do not worry sperms cannot live outside after 5 minutes
No precaution was needed. If you wiped the semen off your fingers, let alone washed them with soap and water, there is absolutely no chance of getting her pregnant by fingering her. Sperm cells aren't like germs. They die as soon as the semen dries out. They don't live on dry surfaces like viruses do. Relax.
How come you know all those technical terms but you don't know that you put your finger in her vagina (her "sex part")?
ADDITIONAL: Sperm can live 2-3 days inside her body. Egg cells are already in her body, in her ovaries. One comes loose each month and descends down into her uterus. IF sperm cells happen to be there at the same time, and IF one of them penetrates her egg, then a baby (embryo) starts to grow. If not, the egg cell (ovum) comes out along with the lining of her uterus (during her period).
