Tight banjo String / Frenulum?!

Question: Tight banjo String / Frenulum?
Right heres how it is; i was doing some research & discovered "frenulum breve" where the frenulum attaching the head of your penis to the foreskin is too tight. i.e causing discomfort and in worse scenarios snapping. i can easily retract my foreskin when im not aroused/flacid? but when im fully erect i can feel some tension & after looking into this rather nervous if it were ever to snap. So apart from circumcision and Frenectomy being the choices im presuming most people are too suggest, is there any proved stretches that work? Cheers in advance

Gentle stretching will help it to stretch, do it when you are in the bath or shower, as the hot water will soften the skin, and help it to stretch.
It'll probably be best to do it when you are erect, ease the foreskin back until you feel the frenulum stretching, but not so much that it hurts, and then hold it for a couple of minutes.
The more often you do this, the quicker it will stretch, it'll take some time, but if you do it often enough you should see a difference in a month or so.

If this doesn't work, you could see your doctor and ask for some steroid cream. If you use this to soften the skin then it should, along with the stretching, mean that you can avoid surgery.

It's very unlikely that you'll need a circumcision, there are other, less invasive, procedures that will solve the problem.

It's hard to stretch the frenulum, and you never mention your age which is very important. If you are over 18 it's much harder for the skin to stretch than if you were younger. However you should always give it a try for a month and see, you never know. Just get a full erection then pull the skin as far back as you can WITHOUT pain and hold it there for 10 minutes and do that 3 times a day.

A circumcision is a dumb idea, sorry but it makes absolutly no sense to remove the foreskin when the frenulum is what's causing your issue. I don't know why people bring that up as a solution. That's like cutting off your finger because your tore a nail. Makes no sense.
