I think hair on men is such a turn on. I would never ask any man to shave his legs for me. As a man, it is your right to have body hair. If you as a man wanted to shave any body hair, I would suggest maybe shaving your under-arm hair, keeping your facial hair lined up, and keeping your pubic hair lined up. If I'm sucking a dick, the last thing I want to taste is hair in my mouth.
She seems like she just wants a guy with no body hair. In the american society these days, men who are models with muscular build etc. have no body hair. Since most females find those men most attractive some will want their guy of choice to have no body hair. Im a hairy guy, not beastly hairy but i do have hair on my body. You will be surprised with how many women actually find body hair attractive because its manly. Men are supposed to have body hair. Women, not so much. Your fine with wanting to keep your body hair. Do as you please and find a woman who likes you for who you are without wanting you to change in a bogus way. Hope I could help. :)
Personally, if it meant sex, my leg hair would be gone faster than you can say "Bic." But it's entirely up to you. Keep the hair -- no sex. Shave the hair -- sex (unless she's irritated with you for ignoring her calls). Since this sounds like a one-night-stand and not a relationship, I wouldn't worry so much if this is a minor power trip.

Do not shave, keep your integrity. My wife adores my body hair, she believes that a guy without body hair feels like a snake. I kind of like the analogy.
If some girl offered me sex on the condition that I shave my legs and a goatee, then as long as she was reasonably attractive I wouldn't even give it a second thought and would just shave. If it were a very attractive woman I'd do it just as quickly as I could without cutting myself.
