I'm 5-11 - 6 ft in height and weigh 150 pounds

There really is no set weight (in my opinion). If your trying to be an O- line for football, your going to weigh more than a person whose trying to wrestly in the 112 weight class. Ideally, if your 6 feet and dont play sports, I think 160 is good, but you dont want to be fat.



That much. I'm same height and I'm just a tad under weight (130). My doctor told me so.
