i know what you're feeling. My nipples hurt when I was your age and i talked with a nurse and she said "Hormones!".

Yes - that will happen. I doubt if anybody knows why. Put a bandaid over it so your shirt doesn't hit it - and it will be gone in a day or so.
You're just going through puberty, don't worry it's a good sign. It means your breasts are starting to develop.
