Lump at the very, very tip of my foreskin. It is the size of a pea. What is this!

Question: Lump at the very, very tip of my foreskin. It is the size of a pea. What is this! An how do i get rid of it?
I have a lump that is the size of a pea on the very, very tip of my foreskin, this lump is moldable (i can flatten it, move it around a little, squeeze it) and does not hurt at all. I have had it ever since i can remember and used to think all males had it until i saw a picture of an uncircumcised penis at the age of 14 and was confused. When i get an erection and the foreskin slides down a little the lump/bump is then on the underside of my penis on the shaft about halfway down. The lump appears to be IN the foreskin, which is why i can move it around. It is really bugging me and im about to just poke a hole in it and see what happens when i squeeze it. My doctor doesnt totally know what it is but it definitely isnt harmful. He told me to just not worry about it but i really want it gone and i hate it. Im 16 and would like to know what this is and what my options are.

Answers:

It could be a couple of different things. One would be a smegma pearl (unlikely if you're completely retractile). If that's it, you should be able to gently squeeze it out, it will have the consistency of flour mixed with water. If that's what it is, just be more careful washing. It's just an accumulation of dead skin cells and girls can actually get them too.

It could also be a wulfian duct, which is a benign lump that formed when you were a baby (my husband has one, it's no big deal). It could be a sebacious cyst, which is also fairly harmless but can be removed by a doctor if you want. Don't poke a hole in it, you could make it infected.

See another doctor if you want to - but don't listen to the crap about getting your foreskin chopped off, lol. That would be like cutting your ear off for an ear infection. When girls get yeast infections, we don't go around chopping our labia off, do we?

ok the first thing is do not try to prick it as you do not know what it is and you could cause more harm than good second speak to doc about been circumcised that will be your best answer if it worries you that much
