Question about P90x. ?!


Question: Question about P90x. ?
Ok so I just started P90x yesterday, and I am quite sore from the back and chest work out. But today I did the polymetrics workout and could only get in half of it, by that time I was completely worn out. Is it ok if I did this for this week only (until I get used to much of the soreness) or should I go back tomorrow and finish the second half along with tomorrows work out? Or can I do half of the polymetrics workout everytime its time to do it, meaning that it will not make much of a difference if I do half of it or the whole thing?

Yeah, its ok. I did that to, it takes a while for you to burn out the "Lactic Acid" inside you which cause muscle pain and tightness. If you haven't worked out for a long period of time "Lactic Acid" builds up which can cause a mass out of pain...when you get this pain try drinking the muscle recovery shake that comes with it after workouts to help ease up the pain then the next day do your routine whatever, your on but do it slowly so you can slowly get the lactic acid out of your body. This takes time, but you will still see results over time...in about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks you will feel hardly no soreness when doing P90x, will only feel worn out

btw i use 6 star Creatine, and 6 star weigh protein to boost my results GoodLuck!



its so hard i know i have it. just do what you can. don't do more tomorrow just move on. just try to make it farther next time.



No you just move on to day three. You will slowly be able to do more and more.



Just reading "P90x" makes me sweat.
