I'm freaking out!! I'm shaking and can't stop!?!

Okay first, calm down. Getting yourself worked up is not going to help anything. Secondly how violent is the shaking? If it's really bad i suggest you ring for an ambulance and please DO NOT drive to the hospital if you have Flu and you are shaking it is really dangerous. Go and lie down on your sofa or your bed and just relax. make a warm drink and take some cold and flu tablets. Don't panic you're fine :)
