I need help to find a diet that works for me?!

Question: I need help to find a diet that works for me?
Im not necessarily going on a diet, I just want to change how I eat. Ive heard that certain foods can help make your penis slightly bigger and I would like to bring them into my diet. Ive also heard that certain foods can make your sperm taste salty and certain ones make it taste sweet and this also needs to fit in my diet. At the same time I exercise a lot and would like to keep fit and healthy and have enough protein for muscle build. If it helps i am open to protein powder. I would also like to keep away from to many fatty foods. I know this sounds like a lot but could anyone help me out. Thanks
