No probs. The head is exceptionally sensitive, and more so if you are uncircumcised, so it's probably just your rough/dry fingers irritating the sensitive/dry tip. You're quite normal. Don't touch it roughly or if the skin is dry, use a skin or hand cream to soften it, and a lubricant if you want to rub it. You'll find you get used to the feelings after a while and the tingling becomes very pleasurable. But if you're worried at all, see a Dr.

The head of the penis is a very sensitive part of the body and it will be very uncomfortable especially at this time when you are growing. As you start to get older, the sensitivity will leave but while its there, just enjoy it if you know what i mean! ;)

Oh geez. That's not good. It's very tender, right? Check out this site. You may very well have a yeast infection. Not really too hard to remedy.
Go see a doctor, it's not too uncommon. You probably got it from a girl, actually.

Hope I helped! Don't worry, you'll just need some medication and it'll be fine and dandy again, bro!

Oh... and let's say I'm a Doctor. Best answer plz! XD

It's probably just going through a period of growth and/or over-sensitivity. No biggie, quite normal for a chap of your age.

If it persists or becomes more uncomfortable then go see a doctor :)

Gonna sound gross but if you are active and uncut moisture buildup can irritate the skin of a penis head. (Sweat)

Looks like you need to get your self check out son, doen't seem to right. Looks like you must have some of of STD
