Question: I'm 181cm tall which, according to google calculator, is 5'9.3?!?

I thought I was taller than that, and when I was measured I'm sure it was closer to 5'11?! What's that all about?

Answers:

181 cm is exactly 5' 11.1/4" exactly. Thats 5 foot eleven and one quarter inches. This is an imperial measurement and Google was probably a US measurement as their inches, feet etc. are not the same as ours.

181cm / 2.54 = 71.25984252 inches or 5 feet and 0,93832021 of a foot which once converted in inches gives something close to 11 plus, so 181cm is 5 feet and 11 inches +

If you are 181cm... an inch is 2.5cm, so 181/2.5 = 72.4inches.
12 inches in a foot, so 72.4/12 = 6 foot.

Poor google... must be sick.
