I let it grow as much as it grows.. in a scale of 0-10 of the amount that my pubic hair grows.. i would give it a 6 or 7.. and the length i would give it a 5 or 6.
Shaving would only cause you to itch and get your pubic area prickly..
its very very very annoying.. i trim mine some times, i just use normal siccors, and i cut close to the base of the penis.. but i dont cut all the way close to the base.. i let it have a little bit of length so it wont be prickly.. that way its trimmed and pertty :P
yes i have drawn there before :P and made shapes when i trimmed or shaved down there hehe.. but i hate shaving. i prefer trimming.
I use these old clippers that I don't use anymore to shave down there, just be carefully not to catch any skin in the clippers because it'll hurt like hell. I wouldn't really recommend drawing on that haha, but if that gives you something to do during the day then go ahead lmao.
