Question: When I go to the bathroom it burns when I pee?
All of the three times i peed today it burned, I know this can't be an STD but I'm terrified and unsure to tell my parents yet. I want an idea of what this can be and how it can be stopped. If it hurts when I pee tomorrow morning I'm telling my parents

Since you have read about antibiotics, then you know that antibiotic kill bacteria, good and bad bacteria so that you cure whatever you were taking the drugs to kill.
Killing the good bacteria can also cause you to have less resistance to a new infection, which may cause any number of possibilities, but burning pain when you pee is certainly a possible result.
As has been stated, see a doctor. Be candid and let the professional know what is going on. You'll be given more drugs, and with luck, remove your current problem.
Sidenote: Avoid sitting in public restrooms or get some barrier between you and the seat if you must use one.
could be a yeast infection thats what happened when i had a yeast infection it burned like mad and yes you defiantly need to tell your parents
