How do I become more flexible?!


Question: How do I become more flexible?
Ive never really been flexible my whole life, but im 14 (male) now and exercise daily, and in good shape. What I don't know is how to become more flexible, I mean like, do I do yoga? Or do I stretch? For how long and what stretches do I do? I want to become more flexible mainly with hamstrings/legs and abdominal/stomach areas.

sit on the floor legs straigh and together feet pointing up. keep legs bet knees on floor and stretch exhale and you try to touch your toes... hold for ten seconds. release inhale go again and hold it. slight pain only. then go lower do this 5 times . the nest day you will be sore. now do twists with a stick. behind your back twist 50 times. 3 sets...next do the splits. hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute each side.

swimming will help the alesticity and looseness of the synovial fluid in the joints. a ht bath and hut tub will help soften the ligaments as well.
stomach. lie on floor now do a back bridge and hold it for 20 seconds...
next. lie flat on stomach and push yourself up do not lift buttox off ground.
