Taurus male just hates me/bully or is this the way he is?!

I met this Taurus man through work. He flirted like he does with other women. I told him that I really didnt trust him he seemed like a player. He still tried to convince me to befriend him. People told me a lot of things about him so I confronted him. I couldnt tell who, long story. We ended up getting into a big blow up. He said he didnt ever like me and etc. It escalated. I decided to bow out. The next day he acted like nothing happened. I was still kind of bewildered to find out his true feelings about how he really didnt like me as a person. He would still try different things at work to get my attention. Eventually I went back and forth because it seemed strange that a person could say those kind of things even in anger. Well we got into another fight. This time he said even harsher words than that. It's words not worth repeating. But throughout this time he still did things that was odd like get his cousin involved, I believe he pranked called me. He even followed me on twitter to watch my account. He seemed to still lurked in the background on facebook and etc. For someone that really acts like he hates me even going out of his way to say more mean things, I did get into another fight with him he sure does take a lot of time trying to find out what I am doing. Do you think that this is the way they fight?

It seems like he is disgusted by me because whenever I say anything he makes fun of it like he didnt like me in the first place. I just got confused as to why he would go out of his way to make sure that I was around or him being around?
