My unine looks like red fanta **NEED HELP**?!

Seriously? Go to the emergency room.
Most of the time red urine is at best a sign of a serious kidney or urinary tract infection [which usually requires IV antibiotics at the hospital], but since you got punched in the kidney you're probably bleeding internally.
Unless you've taken some really weird medication in the past day or so, you need to go to the hospital right now

So that's where they get the red fanta? I'd go to the doctor so they can keep you safe from the Fanta people in the clean white coats, before they take you away to their factory in secrecy.... O_O

I suggest to you that you can drink lot of water. Water drinking is necessary for you. If you drink water lot of, your urine can transparent and clear.

Have you been drinking anything different? Sometimes what you drink makes your pee a different colour. if not, go see a doctor!!!!!!
